1/2 shot vodka
1/2 shot Kahlua
1/2 squeezed lemon
cola
loosely whipped cream

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Add vodka, Kahlua and lemon.
Stir and fill up with cola (Pepsi, Coke or whatever).
Top with loolely whipped cream

Blue Lime Ghost

3 pt lime vodka
1 pt blue curacao
Sprite/7up

Build in a highball glass packed with ice.
Get an extra spooky, smoking effect by decorating with carbonic ice.

Fox poison

3 cl chartreuse
3 cl absinthe
1 cl green curaÁao
milk

Build in highball glass. Stir and fill up with ice cold milk.

Galliano Vampire Revenge

1/2 shot Galliano
1/2 shot vodka
a splash of Bitter Lemon
1 squeezed lime

Build in a highball glass packed with ice and decorate with a burning lime bowl:

Cut off the top of a lime fruit.
Remove the lime contents.
Pour a measure of Cointreau into the lime bowl.

Set on fire just before serving the drink, but remember to put ut the fire (by pouring the burning Cointreau into the drink) before drinking.

 

Head Shock

1 part tequila
2 parts Absinthe

Just pour into a shooter glass.

Inferno

2 oz Absinthe
1 lime in wedges
syrup
fresh mint leaves

Muddle the ingredients in a rocks glass.
Add crushed ice.

 


Lady Scarlet

20 ml Cointreau
20 ml gin
10 ml dry vermouth
10 ml limejuice
10 ml non-alcoholic bitter

Stirr with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Decorate with a maraschino cherry and a lemon slice on the glass rim.

Exotic Orgasm Benedictus

1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Drambuie
ice

Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Serve with a few ice cubes in a rocks glass.
Decorate with an orange peal.


Pomegranate wine from Zakhara has plenty of peppery tartness and a sweet fruitiness that enriches the naturally winy taste of pomegranate. It would pair well with turkey, venison or even chocolate desserts. It can make an alluring punch base. Some bartenders mix it with sparkling wine, gin or tequila. Labeled simply Pearl, it's about €10 a bottle.

Summer Queen

30 ml clear blueberry liqueur
20 ml Grand Marnier Rouge
5 ml Dooley's
10 ml Monin coconut syrup (or Malibu)
5 ml fresh strawberries

Mix in a blender with ice until it thickens.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with a slice of apple, a mint twig and a maraschino cherry.

 

Vampire

1 part bourbon whiskey
1 part Drambuie
1 part Dubonnet

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Decorate with a red cherry and a lemon twist.

Wolf's Paw (Vargtass)

1-2 oz vodka
lingonberry juice

Build on ice in a highball glass.

30 ml Southern Comfort
30 ml American Whiskey
Build over ice in a highball glass.
Fill up with cranberry juice.
Stir and serve!
